Here are some examples of the verb 'do' as an auxilliary verb.

Where ____ you come from? = Where DO you come from?
Jane _____like tea. = Jayne DOESN'T like tea.
Where_____you sister go to school? = Where DOES your siser go to school?
____ you want a cup of tea? = DO you want a cup of tea?
